Friendly Competitions

The club has a number of events we organise through the year, ranging from social gatherings, club meetings and BBQs to competitions. The competitions, while participants do get quite enthusiastic, are friendly and open to all members. They encourage improvements in flying skill and also provide watching members with opportunities for banter, advice and comment!

We mainly engage in Gremlin combat and Pylon racing, where a variety of different models all compete on a simple 2-legged course. We also manage the odd aerobatic challenge and a funfly competition, which is designed to allow any model, whether trainer or aerobatic 3D to take part.
